What happens if I'm not satisfied with my purchase?

Returns

Copycat-Creations will furnish you with a new shower curtain (free of charge) if the item is defective by the manufacturer. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
If by chance you do not want a replacement, to be eligible for a refund your item must be in the same condition that you received it in.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase, and shipping cost will be deducted from refund.

Refunds

We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund.
We will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
